The transcript is not appearing โ€” what do I do?
Make sure your browser tab has audio playing and that you are on an HTTPS page. The Web Speech API requires an active internet connection. Try refreshing the tab and starting the recording again.
The extension doesn't detect my Google Meet call.
Refresh the Google Meet page after installing the extension. The content script loads on page load. If the meeting title still doesn't appear, the transcription will still work โ€” click Start Recording and the audio will be captured.
Where are my transcripts saved?
Transcripts are saved locally in Chrome's extension storage on your device. Click the History tab inside the extension to view all saved transcripts. They are not stored on any server.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Open the extension, click Settings (gear icon), then click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, upgrade or update your payment method at any time.
I upgraded to Pro but the badge still shows Free.
Close and reopen the extension โ€” it checks your subscription status on every open. Allow up to 60 seconds after payment for the webhook to process. If it still shows Free after 2 minutes, email us and we will fix it immediately.
Is my audio sent to any server?
No. Your audio is processed entirely within your browser using Chrome's built-in Web Speech API. We never receive, store or transmit your audio. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which languages are supported?
Free tier supports English only. Pro and Team plans support English (US & UK), German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese. Select your language in the Settings tab.
